Well, I haven’t updated for a while so here is a new paint from me – an old factory of sorts in a jungle place.
Also the website has undergone some changes – portfolio section is now online! The gallery section has been archived and spread through out the blog, so if you REALLY want to see my old bad animu and other stuff you still can

Time for some art! 
This is a paint study I did using a national geographic photo as reference. As you can tell I really like jungles, but this one was mainly done to study atmosphere. I find these can also help with finding new painting techniques, and of course better understanding of subject.

I haven’t updated in a little while now, because life has been busy per usually and I haven’t had a chance to do so.
Well anyway, I finished a semi old work in progress of mine.

I haven’t been updating as frequently as I should be, since I had a few things come up (like assignments). Though I managed to finish one of my drawings – I’ve decided to finish what I start instead of leaving it and moving on like I have been. Some character stuff from me, which is a rare thing haha. Still has some problems in it, but I think it’s best to move on for now.

Last few days have been pretty busy for me, so that’s why I’m slightly late with the update on the blog. This is my entry for conceptart.org ‘s EOW challenge – “Command center of a planetary exploration base”
Sadly, I left this too close to the deadline – so that’s why it’s not too polished. But I hope you guys like it anyway, I’ll be sure to do the next week’s (this week’s) EOW.
Apart from that today is first day back at uni, though I hope I’ll stay on top of all my work. That’s all for now!

It’s been a little while since the last time I spent this long on an artwork, was a good feeling to go in and detail things up. Because of this I’m putting it up in wallpaper size for you all to enjoy! Inspired by homeworld, one of my favourite games.

Have to keep my blog updated and strive to make it interesting to visit; hence forth I will be posting doodles and general stuff I do (like paint studies)! So today I’ll get the ball rolling with a jungle paint study I did. Started off with a reference photo, though I got carried away a bit. Few hours, photoshop, used ref. (click to enlarge)
I do these to study different subject matter, try new colour pallets and also test my painting techniques. Hope you like it .
